Booking out together with Lawrence & Andrew.
This time round, I take MRT from Yew Tee instead of bus from Tampines.
Time taken to travel from either way to home: Not much difference.
I have no intention of going out on this day, since Jun Le is not available.
Therefore, I went to have a haircut instead of watching movie.
Great, I have more time on this because:
- Next week: Someone getting married
- 2 weeks later: CNY

Week 6a/8: 25 & 26 Jan 2010

Sad to hear that he has left the course due to medical status. T_T
26 Jan 2010 was his last day, also his last Nights Out in this driving course.
Initially I wanted to go home awhile, but I changed my mind to go out have dinner with my other friends as well:
Other than Jian Zhou & me, Yong Hong, Andrew & Lawrence were involved as well.

Before setting off, they were talking to Master.
Master: "Wah, got 3 Goh."
Andrew/Me: Actually, this group... got 4.

The stall name "Taste of Thailand", my last visit was many years ago at Sembawang Shopping Centre.
Ever since the renovation, that stall moved to Yishun Industrial Park.
Treasure every moment before he left.
When will be the next time meeting him? No idea.

I have been playing Yong Hong's gameboy for the past few days.
So classic, old school games - Pokemon (Yellow), Super Mario, etc.
Back to Primary School days after PSLE, awaiting for PSLE result & year-end school term break.
A number of students brought in their Gameboy to play Pokemon, which I do not have 1.
Comes to Poly days, it's PSP... which I do not have also. *envy*

Comes to PSP, 1 instructor is trying to be funny.
Instructor: "You guys, after you get married, better don't play too much PSP (Play-station Portable)."
Trainees: "Why?"
Instructor: "Poor S** Performance."

So instructors... it seems that every different instructors have their own pattern. As in, they like to say stuffs like:
Instructor A: As a [something], just take it.
Instructor B: Underwear too small, Swimming Trunk too big, etc etc
Instructor C: The god must be crazy.
Instructor D: Everybody come, hear music, 5-7 stay back RT

Well, 6 weeks have past. 2 more weeks to go.
When the course completes, Lunar New Year (LNY) is coming real soon.
I wonder how to celebrate this year LNY. >.<

Wow, so shiok... he's the lucky guy to experience the so-called once-in-lifetime stuff.
Jasper: Where is Jenny?
Me: We go Subway awhile find her lar.
Jasper: Don't want lar, I tired liao.

He left for home, while I went back to Subway before going home.
To confirm with Jenny whether next Sunday (31 Jan 2010) to visit Iluma or not (along with lunch behind Iluma).

Chapter 2 - Week 5/8: 18-23 January 2010
Glad that I had cleared Highway Situational Problem Assessment on Tuesday (19 January 2010). ^.^
On the same day, I had also cleared Public Road Driving Assessment for Class3.
Overall, I had cleared all Class3 Assessments.
So technically, when there are re-trainings for certain programmes, I had nothing to do other than Class4 driving & reverse parking.
Week 5 considered a relax week for me, this will be the same for Week 6 unless there are changes made to the schedule.

On Thursday (21 January 2010), I started the Class4 Public Road Driving.
Crap, the rear left wheel rub against the temporary barrier along Tampines Ave 10 (right after Kaki Bukit Viaduct).
Luckily nothing happen. *phew*
Driving around Pasir Ris again.
It's DTE again 1 year ago exactly (WEBS assignment demo & Taiko on 21 Jan 2009).
That day, it was near CNY, near the end of FYP, and the most epic day.
Epic because:
- Jenny & I went to ELIT lesson, realising that only 2 of us were present and mark everyone in our class present.
- Back to her house while she settled some stuffs, till shit... her parents are back. Help!
- @-Club at Suntec City to claim my prize for MapleSEA Blogging Contest 2008 runner-up & her Passport verification.
- Then to DTE play Taiko
- Overall journey: Khatib - Boon Lay - Dover - Yew Tee & Boon Lay - Pasir Ris - Khatib (transfer at City Hall)

22 January 2010: Right Vertical Reverse Parking - Park in 1 attempt without moving out to make further adjustments. Guess I'm just feeling lucky.

23 January 2010: Same as yesterday... 1 attempt, just that I was doing Left Vertical Reverse Parking. And relax all the way from tea break to book out.

Lunch at Subway was... hey! Extra cookies from Jenny?
Okok... it ended up keeping the 3rd cookie for later consumption?
Wanted to pass her back to let her eat, but she wants to her "br-unch" (Breakfast + Lunch).
It ended up becoming my possible mini-dinner? Else next day breakfast
Yea? I ate from 4pm to 4.30pm, while she continues from 4.30pm to 5pm.
Studying for my upcoming HSP (Highway Situational Test), but I ended up unable to concentrate.

Same as last week, meet tio Brandon & YM.
Surprisingly, Kiong (MapleSEA: DeX25NiA) was there as well.
Moments later, Jian Zhou also saw me, while I'm playing Taiko.

Taiko:
- Some of the 8* Muzu songs passed, selected by her to play together.

Jubeat:
- How about 3-to-1 Jubeat? (Meaning: 3 people to 1 Jubeat machine, pressing buttons when "TOUCH" lights up.)

Accompanying her home, since I'm having dinner anyway.
Before that, stuck at 1 area where it keeps playing "Nobody" song.


Then we thought of H1N1 version.

Woke up at my record timing for this year: 10.30am
Breakfast: 11am
11am... other than Vegetarian Bee Hoon, I still got yesterday's extra cookie. =P

Afternoon go out to find new clothing for upcoming CNY.
This year onwards, family CNY celebration very different due to the demise of grandparents & grandparants-in-law.
I wonder how to celebrate this year?
Invite friends? xD

And before booking in, my Aran in Aquila hits Level 46 (58.79%). Grrr, why so many quests? =.="
Hunt here and there, whack here and there... ...
Anyway, 3-4 more levels to go... to obtain a ring. (:

Week 4b: 13-16 January 2010

Summary of the week:
On Tuesday & Wednesday (12 & 13 Jan 2010), my Public Road Driving practice is around Pasir Ris. Drove past Downtown East. Hmmm, exactly 1 year ago on 12 Jan 2009 (E!Hub Downtown East - Taiko Dojo 12 Jan 2009)... that is my 1st time visit over there. Not once, but twice as it happened on 13 Jan 2009 (Another around Singapore MRT route day) as well.

Seriously, why is time flying so fast?

End of Pasir Ris route driving. Next 2 days are around Tampines, where U-turns are taught.

Random LOL of the week:

1. The next time your instructor tells you that he is testing your stress level, you should reply: I'm testing your patience level.


2. The test paper printed as: Stall engine for 3 times will result in immediately failure.
   To resume the test immediately, stall engine for the 4th time.


3. Instructor E told Trainee L: As the last driver of Simulator T, please record it down in the Log Book which is placed in the vehicle. Then, choke the wheel.

Imba of the week:

1. 1 bus picking up only 27 passengers because of the OMG seats!
   (Are we touring around Singapore??? =x)

Epic Fail of the week:

1. Car A's windscreen hit by pole after losing control when Trainee X is doing reverse parking.


2. Bus Captain G drove a longer route to destination camp. Drove past near the:
   - School I'm studying
   - Home I'm staying
   
   Instead of the usual route.


3. During Nights Out, after taking out my wallet, cards & receipts dropped out from wallet. After picking up (with the reminder from a kind stranger), I realised I lost the Ticket Receipt (from Iluma Tornado).


4. During Public Road Driving Practice, I felt that I had drove too fast. Before I managed to slow down the speed, I heard "BEEP" sound. (OMG, I'm speeding!!!)

My own achievement of the week:

1. Parking Assessment passed


2. Circuit Assessment passed

Still got lots of things to learn for public road driving. Hmmm...
Anyway, time to relax this week. Yet to take lunch as at this post, gonna have it somewhere... xD

By then it's already closing hour liao.

By then everything is done, I almost missed the last train.

Yesterday do scenrio which may happen on public road... testing of reaction.

Kan chiong spider, suddenly rain... siao liao, what to do?
But still manageable after that.

Yong Tau Foo stall near OG Building in Chinatown, tastes IMBA!!! Worth a wait, though they only start operating from 1.30pm. lol? What a weird timing to start.

It is just Yong Tau Foo with soup, and nothing else.

What else I did? Nothing.
Just walking around Chinatown with family nia (minus younger brother: as he went to AMK Hub).
And soon, it is book in. =.="

3. 04 Jan: Basic Driving Theory Test passed!!! (with 2 mistakes though)


4. 06 Jan: Simulator with motion sucks, make me feel like vomitting sia.


5. 07 Jan: Argh f***, how to prevent vehicle from moving backward while trying to move off from up-slope!?!?


6. 08 Jan: While filling up a form, I wrote the year as 2009 instead of 2010.


7. 08 Jan: Somehow I can control vehicle to move up after stopping on a up-slope.


8. 09 Jan: SCT lar! Stress Cannot Think! Assessment day, luckily passed.

Nights Out on 6/1
Forget to bring White Socks & Green Towel.
Rush home to get them, rest a while, on computer a while.
All under 1 hour 45 minutes.
Well, I just need the maximum of 40 minutes to travel.

Next Nights Out, I shall see what to do.

31 December 2009 is the book out day for Week 2b/90 (Chap2).
Mentioned earlier, I went to JP which obviously to find Jenny.
Because this year bo watch fireworks with family.

Just before I left my house, I saw the notice about "Top $20, Get $20" promotion again.
Somemore today is the last day.
So, just top it up since there is insufficient value in my Tapz card. >.<
I doubt I will see her standing at cashier due to sore throat.
And, really not over that area... but inside.
(Shit! Did I just pass my cough virus to her? I feel better, then now her turn tio. >.<")
"Disturbing" time is not right yet, so I go Arcade myself 1st.

Few days ago (on 27 December 2009)... 2nd time passed "天堂與地獄序曲" [Oni 7*]


Today, 3rd time passed.


And when will be the day I will Full Combo (FC) this song?


End of Taiko game. Carry on to Jubeat.
"In The Name of Love" happens to be the 1.5x EXP song of the day.
Only play Basic & Advanced mode.
Finally I FC-ed basic...
Thinking that the arcade may close soon, I went back down to Subway.
Went to buy snack at 7-11 1st, then wait for her outside since the shop is closed.
Her hand signal showed me... "Come in, sit here."
That is where, I was seriously like... sometimes cannot hear what she is talking.
Suddenly I felt bad sia... like pass my virus to her. >.<
So now close contact again... hmmm...

No worries on this day. Train service extension!!!
Unlike last time, by 11.30pm must zhao... but on this special day, 1am zhao? No issue.
In this ZoneX, wow, it has been 1 year.
Maybe I shall say: We had been (playing) together for 1 year.
Instead of Taiko (which started last year, jio by her)... this year Jubeat via Local Mode AND BishiBashi.
Actually, this is Plan B since she's working till closing hour. -.-"

New Year 2010 (Part 1) to be blogged later. (:
Let me write about Part 2 of New Year 2010 1st.

Suppose to meet 12pm at City Hall, but I was late.
Woke up at 9.30am, busy packing bag + wash up.
Bleh, that was due to New Year 2010 Eve... lazy pack.
In fact, Lawrence & Jian Zhou were also late... at least I'm earlier than them. =X
They... same case as me... need to book in right after this gathering.
Same case, therefore same unit & camp... just coincidence upon posting.

Anyway, this day's gathering was held at Teo Heng (Katong S.C.).
Sounds familiar to me, but the location is nah nah.
Thankfully, with Yong Zhen's direction via SMS, I'm still able to reach my destination. (:
So... speaking about Teo Heng, go there sing Karaoke.
Funny stuff? Hmmm, maybe not so funny stuff occurred.
Summary of happenings (including songs being selected to sing):

Sometimes, things do not go as smoothly as planned. The initial plan was to have dinner together after 7pm, but thanks to this so-called "last minute" notice... any programme after 7pm will be cancelled.
Lawrence, Jian Zhou & I ended up buying Quick Bites food from Bugis Junction.
Ok lar, I'm still feeling quite full, only buy snack.
Cracking my head on what to buy.
Guess what? I ended up buying Crispy Chicken.
(Errr... not the 1 from KFC!!!)

As there is some time left, we finish our quick bites before boarding the Taxi.
1st time so chiong sia, lucky mine fast fast finish... else GG.
By the time we finished eating + board taxi + arrival for book in: Still very punctual.

Week 2c/90: 02 Jan 2009

Maybe when I make my way home, I need to ride on Yong Hong's parent's car to Tampines, followed by a bus to my house. Total time taken: 10mins (car) + 35mins (bus ride, including walking, no waiting time).

I guess this is the fastest route for now.
But of course lar, I nice to him and vice versa... probably no big issue here.
