Speed Run training simply makes my pair of legs chui-ed.
Maintaining 1m50s for 6 times over 400metres... sibeh shag.
But now leg chui, how to run 2.4km on Wednesday's IPPT?

Can someone please pass down the instructions properly if you have the latest update!?
Knn... My latest update was just rest in bunk.
Someone actually knew that all need to go take bus and go to another camp for vehicle maintenance.
Dots... This isn't the 1st time already.

I never jumped 200cm before for SBJ
I never ran 11m46s for 2.4km

Wah, the 2.4km run hor, after finishing, I cannot even walk properly. FML!
